Les Jardins suspendus that means « The Hanging Gardens », is a reference to the valley where most of our vines grows. During springtime when nature starts again after winter, vines starts “wearing” their first leaves and the garrigue shows its beautiful flowers and it’s as beautiful as the well-known Hanging gardens of Babylone. Wherever you look you can admire those young green vines plots mixed with darker green garrigue!
Made of Grenache and Syrah, this full bodied cuvee is on the fruit and roundness. It reveals a very feminine wine. The nose is quiet floral, garrigue’s flowers and in mouth, you will first will the freshness that characterize our products. Then, it gets rounder and silky to reveals a fruity mouth with note of spicies.
This wine can be opened all year long, best served during a meal, lightly chilled (1 hour in fridge). It will pair greatly with a lamb tagine or meat cooked in sauce as well as an homemade lasagna for examples.
